David McDole joined CHM Weatherguard in 2014, during the company’s second year of operations, and now serves as Vice President of Sales. His leadership, commitment, and passion have been instrumental in helping shape CHM into the company it is today.
As Vice President of Sales, David leads CHM’s Sales and Estimating teams across all regions. He oversees the training of new team members, supports the continuing development of existing management personnel, and helps strengthen the processes that drive the company’s success. He also guides the team in developing customer relationships, expanding market share, and planning for continued strategic growth.
David brings more than two decades of construction experience and extensive knowledge of building envelope systems to CHM. Since 2000, he has worked as a project superintendent, project manager, and estimator in the waterproofing, firestopping, and insulation fields on landmark projects throughout North Texas. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Midwestern State University in 2000.
