CHM Weatherguard was born out of a desire to better serve local General Contractors by intently listening to their needs. We rely on Four Cornerstones of success to help us provide the valued partnerships we need for success: Integrity, Expertise, Quality, and Safety.
The goal to meet those expectations was clear, and we set out to build the most experienced and dedicated team of industry professionals that could rise to that challenge and help our clients succeed.

Estimator/Project Manager
We are currently seeking to add an experienced Estimator / Project Manager to our rapidly growing team. The position would include salary and benefits. Only candidates that are highly motivated, willing to work in a fast-paced environment, and possess strong organizational skills will be considered. In addition, excellent customer service skills and some sales experience are also required. Additional Preferred Strengths: Bachelor’s degree Prior Project Management Experience Strong understanding of budgeting and basic accounting principals Estimating experience in construction and working with On Screen Takeoff (OST) Specialty experience in: waterproofing, sealants, firestopping, fireproofing, spray foam Good computer skills for Outlook, Excel, Word, Adobe, Office 365, SharePoint Strong scheduling and time management skills.
Project Superintendent
We are currently seeking to add an experienced Project Superintendent to our rapidly growing team. This position requires strong multi-tasking skills, and a true “Safety Minded” individual to be successful. In addition, only candidates that are highly motivated, willing to work in a fast-paced environment, and possess strong organizational skills will be considered. Excellent customer service skills and conflict management are also required. Management of multiple installation crews and personnel will be expected. Additional Preferred Strengths: Bachelor’s degree Prior Project Superintendent / Project Management Experience Bi-Lingual (Spanish) Safety Background. Training, Certifications (OSHA) and/or previous construction safety training Strong understanding of budgeting and basic accounting principals Specialty experience in: waterproofing, sealants, firestopping, fireproofing, spray foam Good computer skills for Outlook, Excel, Word, Adobe, Office 365, SharePoint Strong scheduling and time management skills.
