Terry Higgs serves as a Project Superintendent for the Central Texas Branch of CHM Weatherguard. Terry joined the CHM team in 2015 and brings over 3 decades of experience in waterproofing installation knowledge. His expertise in processes and materials covers every area of the field from small one-room buildings to large hotels; having worked for companies of all sizes that are “mom and pop” waterproofer’s to large waterproofing corporations. Terry is a living breathing example of “Been There and Done That!” when it comes to waterproofing!
When he is not waterproofing for Central Texas, Terry is an avid outdoorsman equally comfortable with bow, rifle, or fishing reel. If it is edible, he has processed it!
