Rob Soto is a Project Superintendent for the CHM Weatherguard North Texas Branch. After joining the CHM family in 2019, Rob quickly began to make great strides with his team, displaying great dedication to customer service and a passion for the waterproofing industry.
Rob has over a decade of experience supervising and managing operations in the warehouse logistics and manufacturing fields, where his responsibilities included purchasing, inventory management, and project planning. Most recently, before joining CHM, Rob’s worked as a Superintendent in residential construction for many years, where he helped plan and execute residential construction projects.
