Justin serves as the Director of Fireproofing/Spray Foam for CHM Weatherguard. Justin supervises and supports the Fireproofing/Spray Foam sales team, as well as overseeing Fireproofing/Spray Foam operations. His focus in building this division includes developing customer relationships, expanding market share, and assisting with planning and strategic growth in all regions.
Justin brings more than two decades of commercial construction experience to CHM Weatherguard. In 1998, he began his career in the industry as a project superintendent and project manager / estimator and has more recently held both Director of Sales and Director of Operations positions. He has extensive experience working in the fireproofing, waterproofing, firestopping, and insulation fields on landmark projects in Texas, Oklahoma, and throughout the central region of the U.S.
