Ryan Cox serves as President and CEO of CHM Weatherguard (“CHM”). Ryan is one of the co-founders of CHM and has been serving in his role since 2011, as well as a Director on CHM’s board since 2013. He primarily focuses on long term vision casting, strategic growth, and financial strength. Ryan also oversees the accounting and administrative divisions.

Ryan has over two decades of business and construction management experience. He started his career in the commercial construction industry while attending college at Midwestern State University, majoring in Business Management and minoring in Marketing. Ryan has worked in various construction industries holding nearly every position involved in the construction process. Ryan specifically held a Branch Manager position for over 10 years in the waterproofing industry located in Central Texas before co-founding CHM in 2011.
