David McDole joined CHM Weatherguard in 2014 and serves as the Director of Sales for all regions. He oversees the training of new estimating and sales team members as well as the continuing education for existing management personnel. He also supervises and supports the estimating and sales team with developing customer relationships, expanding market share, and assisting with planning and strategic growth in all regions.
David brings more than two decades of construction expertise and building envelope system knowledge to CHM. Since 2000 he has spent time as a project superintendent, project manager, and estimator in the waterproofing, firestopping, and insulation fields on landmark projects throughout North Texas. David graduated from Midwestern State University in 2000 with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
